Which materials do we work with now?
Re-Plastic has access to a very large flow of industrial plastic waste with the same physical and chemical composition, mainly: PP, PPE, PET, PA and rubber.
Upcycling old kegs
In 2016, Carlsberg introduced their new DraughtMaster system. It was revolutionary, with many benefits but, after usage, what should they do with the plastic? Globally plastic is highly criticized for its environmental impact but at that time Carlsberg already thought about how to minimize its carbon footprint: upcycling. At Re-Plastic, we transform Carslberg’s used DraughtMaster kegs into new products. From waste to rebirth.
Thinking circular instead of linear, makes the DraughtMaster keg more sustainable than the traditional steel keg.
What are we doing with the DraughtMaster kegs?
Bellow are presented the 3 different production methods with DraughtMaster Plastic.

Heat-pressed
Choosing the manufacturing process Heat pressure, the surface get the iconic expression. This method is highly desired for simple production setup e.g. flat designs as tables. Possible post-processing methods are CNC-milling, grinding and coating.
